Visitor Centers

If you are looking for more information while planning your Arizona vacation or need more assistance once you arrive, there are several resources available throughout the Grand Canyon State.

The Painted Cliffs Welcome Center

Located on Interstate 40 near the Arizona/New Mexico border, the Welcome Center has knowledgeable and friendly staff members who provide personal travel assistance. You will also find a variety of brochures, maps, and additional information about Arizona.

Interstate 40, Exit #359 – Grants Road
Lupton, AZ 86508
(928) 688-2448
Hours: 8am-5pm, seven days a week

Local Visitor Information Centers

There are 64 designated Local Visitor Information Centers throughout Arizona. These centers provide information about area attractions, recreational opportunities, and hospitality amenities, as well as information about other regions in the state. Look for the blue Arizona Tourist Information signs along Arizona highways.

Chambers of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureaus

These sites are also valuable resources for local and state visitor information. Many of these organizations serve as the designated Local Visitor Information Center for their area. And if you decide to make Arizona home, these organizations can also provide you with relocation information.
