Sonoita Vineyards presents its 34th Annual Blessing of Sonoita Vineyards ceremony and festival (Blessing at 12 noon). $15.00 admission (no reservations required) includes wine tasting with souvenir glass, souvenir corkscrew, tasting of current releases, wine & food pairings, winery tours with the winemaker and vineyard tours on horse-drawn wagon. Lunch may be purchased on-site from two local restaurants as well as wine-by-the glass.
Horseback rides (on site) and trail ride packages (reservations needed) are available from Arizona Horseback Experience. 520-455-5696
This is the first of three festivals at Sonoita Vineyards for 2012! HarvestFest is August 4 and 5, 2012 and the 13th Annual St. Martin’s New Release Festival is Saturday, November 10, 2012.
The Winery/Tasting Room is open daily from 10am-4pm (except major holidays). Private tours, tastings, luncheons or special events in our Vintage Room may be arranged.
Take Hwy 83 south from I-10. Sonoita Vineyards is located 3 miles south of Elgin at 290 Elgin-Canelo Road, Elgin, AZ 85611.
