Fourth Annual Sanderson Lincoln Cave Creek Balloon Festival at Rancho Mañana

WHAT:  Fourth Annual Sanderson Lincoln Cave Creek Balloon Festival,
organized by Tonto Bar & Grill and Aerial Solutions, LLC.

WHERE: On the driving range of the Rancho Mañana Golf Course, adjacent to
Tonto Bar & Grill, 5736 E. Rancho Mañana Blvd., Cave Creek, AZ 85331 All Parking, is in the center of Cave Creek with shuttle transportation and available shuttle stops throughout the town of Cave Creek.

WHEN:  3 to 9 p.m. Saturday, January 12, 2013.

DETAILS: Thanks to overwhelming attendance of over eight thousand smiling patrons at the last Cave Creek Balloon Festival, Tonto Bar & Grill and Aerial Solutions, LLC are again teaming up to bring the event back to Cave Creek in 2013.

This year’s event is being held on the driving range of Rancho Mañana Golf Club.
Gates open at 3 p.m. to live music, vendor market with local merchants and Cave Creek restaurants, featuring many styles of food, beverages, cocktails, beer and wine. Gain some altitude with a Rainbow Ryders tethered balloon ride or turn the kids loose at the kid’s zone. 
Balloons begin to inflate around 6 p.m. and glow till 8 p.m. with specially shaped balloons, such as bumblebees, which stand about seven stories high. After the balloons deflate a landing strip area will be cleared for the Arizona Skyhawks as they descend from an elevation of 13,000 feet in special suits with pyrotechnics, and live music until 9 p.m. Be ready for one amazing event that is sure to please all! Please, no lawn chairs, dogs or outside food and beverages allowed. Balloon activity is dependent on weather. ATMs will be on site. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Foothills Food Bank.

For extra fun and enjoyment, go in style with Tonto’s VIP ticket. It includes event admission, a gourmet buffet from Tonto Bar & Grill 4:30-7:30 p.m., private cash bar and private restrooms. $60 adults, $25 for age10 and under, tax and gratuity is included.

Tonto Bar & Grill will be open for regular business and is just a short walking distance to the festival. Adjacent to Rancho Mañana Golf Course, is the perfect place to step away from the festival and enjoy a gourmet meal while relaxing on the patio or inside this rustic restaurant.
