Rules: arizonaguide.com photo contest 

• The winner of the monthly Arizona Office of Tourism (AOT) / arizonaguide.com photo contest will receive:
  • A camera storage backpack (valued at $100) so that you can easily tote your SLR and lenses along on your next outdoor Arizona adventure 
  • Photo will be featured on our Facebook Page: www.facebook.com/arizonatravel  and on our twitter account @arizonatourism
  • Photo will be published on our website: www.arizonaguide.com 
• Photos may only be submitted via the online interface located online at http://www.arizonaguide.com/experience-and-share/photo-contest/submit
  • Image must be in a JPG of PNG format with a maximum file size of 2mb.
  • All requested information on the entry form must be provided.
  • Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
• Submitted photos will be reviewed prior to placement on the voting page and may be disqualified due to inappropriate or vulgar content and removed from the contest by AOT staff.  
• The winning photo will be chosen by popular vote at http://www.arizonaguide.com/experience-and-share/photo-contest/vote 
  • Users may vote once per day. 
• Photos must be taken in the state of Arizona. 
• There is an entry limit of five photos from each person, per month. 
• Photos that you submit must be your own work and you must own the rights to distribute the image. 
• You must have the consent of those whose faces are visible in the image. If your photo is selected for publication you will be required to provide a release form for each individual in your photograph.
• The winner will be contacted by email or phone call. 
• By entering the contest on arizonaguide.com you grant The Arizona Office of Tourism and its authorized marketing partners the rights to publish that image in offline and online marketing materials (i.e. press releases, future photography contest announcements, social media, Arizona Official State Visitor’s Guide, etc.)in perpetuity without any fee or other form of compensation. Photos will be credited whenever possible. 
• You will retain ownership and all other rights to your submitted image. 
• By entering the contest you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Arizona Office of Tourism and the State of Arizona from any issues, losses, or actions emanating from or in relation to this photo contest. This would include any losses or issues related to third party claims of copyright infringement or violations of personal privacy. 
• By participating in the contest you agree to the terms of these rules.
