Talking Stick Resort Cultural Center

A priceless collection of Native American art is displayed throughout Talking Stick Resort. Guests are first greeted by a cultural center in the hotel’s lobby. Ensconced in glass, the cultural center features native pottery and a talking stick from which the property gets its name. The art featured in the cultural center have been created by or are artifacts from the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. Other art mediums exhibited throughout the property include historic photographs, textiles, paintings, baskets, jewelry and more. Each was created by Native American artists throughout the country and some were commissioned exclusively for the property. In fact, Talking Stick Resort is known to have one of the largest contemporary Native American art collections outside a museum.
